  Twin, Boy and Girl Angel Pin

This angel was a custom design, requested by a loving mom.

I would like an angel pin designed for my twins that were born prematurely at 24 weeks. My son, Tristan lost his battle 9 days after birth and my daughter, Karoline is 2 months old and still fighting in the NICU. I would like a pin to honor my angel baby Tristan but also include his sister.

Engraving is  available on this design, limit 3 characters, due to size.
