Mallori Nurse Angel Pin
This angel was a custom design,
requested by Mallori's Mom.
My 22 year old daughter, Mallori, died in
February, unknown cause, autopsy still pending. Her favorite color is green,
and last week when I was unloading the dishwasher, a GREEN ANGEL cookie cutter
was in the bottom of my dishwasher. I have never used this cookie cutter, and
wouldn't even have had it out anywhere as the last time I made cookies was in
December, and I didn't use it. We had been discussing her during dinner (which
we have done since she died) and I was really missing her and I think it was her
saying she was ok, that she was watching over us and not to worry. She was 2
months shy of graduating with honors from Jacksonville University's Nursing
program. I shared the story with her other "mom" someone she talked to and a
mother to one of her friends. So when we get down, or have a bad day, we say
'GREEN ANGEL' to each other. I would like to have an angel designed, in green,
to reflect her love of horses and for her nursing degree.
