This angel was a custom design, requested by a soon to be sister-in-law. My fiancé's brother and sister in law had a beautiful baby girl named Macaylah Layne on Feb.9.2008 in Honolulu Hawaii. She was born 4 months premature. To many doctors surprise, she survived for quite a while, but unfortunately she passed away shortly after her first birthday last year. Seeing as though the anniversary of her passing is near and her birthday just passed we wanted to get something for her mother. Macaylah never left the hospital in her short life and this way it's kind of like Tammy can take her with her wherever she goes. Tammy always had her dressed beautifully and she was so sweet and delicate I would love to have something with her birthstone, and maybe even a Hawaiian flower somehow, but still be dainty, subtle, sweet, and elegant....
