This angel was a custom design.

I have been looking everywhere for an angel pin for my Mom.  I have not had any luck.  I was wondering if you might be able to help me. 
My Mom's name is Patricia.  She wants a smaller angel pin. But, her problem is that the has peripheral neuropathy in her hands (numb finger tips!) due to diabetes.  She can't manage the stick pin on the back....she has had several with that type of pin and she can never seem to get the backing on properly and as a result she has lost them all.  They fall off. 
She would like one with a different type of pin.  She LOVES the pearls you use for the angels heads, but, does not want any birthstones on the pin. (She does not want any color on the pin aside from the metal used so she can wear it with every outfit!)
