Jessica Mary Angel Pin
I lost my beautiful girl, Jessica Mary Van Dyke at the age on 8 on April 6th
2004. She was born August 27th. She was not only my ray of sunshine but
was that to many. She had downs syndrome but that did not stop her from showing
so many people not to underestimate someone with a mental handicap. She loved to
play on the computer at home and school and even cause them to have a 6 letter
password because she seemed to always figure out the passwords. She loved
everyone and loved to give the best hugs. The cleaning lady at school even came
in early just to see her. She loved to ride the school bus and former drivers
and aides never forgot her once they met her. She was the joy of my life and it
will never be the same without her here.
One of the last things we were doing together was growing Sunflowers that she
never got to see but I planted them in a special garden we built with the
walkway in the shape of a J.
Jessica, as my sister puts it, was so vibrant and such a playful little rascal.
