This angel was a custom design, requested by Emma's Mother.

I have been looking for an angel pin to buy in honor of my daughter,  Emma. She was diagnosed at 23 weeks gestation with Trisomy 13, a  chromosomal condition in which a third set of the #13 chromosome is  present. Emma passed during delivery on June 10, 2008 and I want to  have an angel pin to wear on special occasions, in family pictures, or  just when I need to to honor and have her represented as part of our family.
