Designed in Memory of Officer Charles Clark at the request of his sister.

"I think the angel pin you designed for me in remembrance of my brother,  Charles Clark E.O.W. 04-03-03 {A Fallen Officer} is awesome. When I look at the pin I can almost see the silly grin he puts on his face when he is joking around because he used to position his head like that. I also see in this pin the way he always stood proud by the position of the head of the pin {to serve and protect} because he was in fact a peace maker and considered and treasured everyone's life above his own.
