We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.  If you are not completely satisfied, please send us an email at carla@carlasangels.com and give us the opportunity to work it out with you.

Our return policy is as follows.

1.  If an item is damaged when you receive it, contact us with photos of the package and the damaged item and we will be happy to replace or repair the item, depending on the amount of damage involved.

2.  If you are unhappy with the item when you receive it, please contact us and let us know why you are unhappy.  We will do whatever we can to make you happy.  If you find that you no longer need the item, or it was not at all what you expected, please be sure it is returned to us within 14 business days of receipt.  We will refund your credit card account the amount of the cost of the item less a 15% restock fee.  If you would prefer, we can send you a store credit for the full amount paid for the item, without charging a 15% restock fee.

3.  All customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  No exceptions.  If a customized item is received damaged, we will be happy to work with you on repairing the damage.

4.  Any item damaged by you in an attempt to repair an item, or accidental damage is non-returnable and non-refundable.  No exceptions.

5.  We will not refund any part of the shipping, as that cost was already used to ship the item to you.

6.  All credit card refunds will be charged a 15% restock fee.  No exception.

7.  Exchanges for another item are acceptable, however, shipping will be charged to ship the exchanged item to you.

8.  You are responsible for the postage on all returned items.  We will not refund any expense that you incur to return any item.

9.  All refunds or store credits are applied after we have exhausted all other solutions and have received the item in our inventory.

10.  If your item becomes damaged after 14 days of reciept, we do offer a repair service.  Please contact us for more information on our repair service.  We will repair items purchased within the last 60 days.  Any purchase older than 60 days are not eligible for repair service.
