This Angel Pin was designed by request of a friend of the family.

My dearest friend (who was more like a sister to me) just passed away last week Feb. 11, 2009 after fighting 3 types of cancer for the past 5 years.  She was truly an amazing person and touched so many lives in so many ways.  She never said anything mean or harsh about anyone, she always had wonderful words of wisdom for all of her family and friends.  The best thing about Bonnie was that she would help anyone if she knew them or not.

Anyway, before she passed away she was telling her baby granddaughter (who is 18 months old) about pennies from heaven and it seems like we all have latched onto finding pennies from heaven (from Bonnie).  Bonnie loves pansies, and hummingbirds.   I was wondering if you can make an angel pin holding a penny?

I found a penny today
Just laying on the ground,
But it's not just a penny
This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from Heaven
That's what I've been told,
By Angels watching over us
From their clouds of gold.

When an Angel thinks of you
They toss a penny down,
