Fundraisers

Our fundraiser angel pins are solid cast pieces with a tack back and military clutch. Please feel free to contact me for special designs, geared toward your cause. We design the angels from metal parts just like any other angel, but if the angel will be ordered in bulk, we have it cast as a solid piece and plated. A new design will incur a design and model fee of $150, which is due at the time of design approval and is non-refundable. We also have cast "blanks" available that we can add one item to. These are angel bases that have already been cast, we just add one item. If we use a "blank" for your fundraiser, you will not incur the set up fee.

We have two finishes available, pewter and antique gold. There is an up charge for the gold plate of 50 cents per angel.

Shipping will be calculated when the order is complete and ready for shipping, we will contact you concerning this charge.

Pins will be packaged on a business card sized card stock. The front of card will be imprinted to your specifications at no additional charge. You can advertise your organization, event, whatever you want printed beside the angel. Please be sure to note in the comment section of the shopping cart that you will be needing custom cards, then send us an e-mail with the information that you would like on the card. The "Carla's Angels" logo will be printed on the back of the card. A proof of the card will be e-mailed to you for approval.

Fundraisers are not shipped in organza bags as regular orders are. If you require the organza bags for each angel, there will be an additional charge. Contact me by e-mail to discuss packaging.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for fundraiser orders. Orders larger than 1000 may require additional time.

We can also do custom lapel pins from your photo. There is a 300 piece minimum for this type of fundraiser and a $75 non-refundable set up fee. We will require a deposit of 1/2 down as well as the set-up fee at the time of the order and the remaining balance due and shipping fees before pins are shipped. Each pin is individually wrapped in a small cellophane bag and there is no branding for Carla's Angel Pins. This option is very affordable and each piece can be completely customized from a photograph. Pricing will depend on the piece, so you will need to email me for pricing details. Please include the picture that you want the pin to be of and the size you want. Roughly, pricing for this option varies between $1 and $2.50 each depending on quantity. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
