   Patti Angel Pin

This angel was designed for our "Name the Angel Contest".

I'd like to name her Patti. I lost my best friend Patti a week ago to lung cancer. She was diagnosed 4 and a half years ago and given less than a year to live. She told that doctor that she was going to see her son graduate high school. He was 14 yrs old then. Her son graduated on June 4. Patti was taken from this world on June 7. She was able to attend graduation and was admitted to the hospital that evening. I will forever miss and love her..

Patti was a Lung Cancer Fighter who won the ultimate fight. Not only did she fight Lung cancer, she was an inspiration to so many people going through the same battle. She encouraged them, shared their tears , consoled them when they lost loved ones and also advocated by holding a Walk-a-thon in Ohio at the Zoo!! She had friends come from all over the country to join her in this event!! She deserves this so very much as she looks down on us!
