Noel's family wrote:

"The one thing that a family never plans on is a death of a loved one, you never think it can happen to you.  Well it did to us, on May 23, 1998 we received that call, Noel had been in a car accident the night before on his way to work. He was found the next morning by a law enforcement officer that was patrolling the area. Noel left this world to be with his maker, and to become a Guardian Angel to God's plan."
