Down's Syndrome Awareness Angel Pin

This angel was a custom design, requested by Lindsey's grandparents.

My step-daughter just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Lindsey Faith. She has down syndrome so I thought it would be great to have a pin to wear with her name on it, in honor of her. 

A blue/yellow ribbon represents down syndrome. Can you put a ribbon like that on an angel pin?
